I am new to this Forum, but not new to weight loss. I have struggled with my weight all my life but now in my mid 40's it does not come off as quickly as it once did. I have recently started a weight loss program at my gym. Would be grateful for cyber support.

Hi..im new also and from Va.. I am 38 years old, mom to a 2 year old boy and have been dieting and excerising since Sept of last year. I have lost 65 lbs. Right before Christmas, I had to have foot surgary and along with a pinched nerve in my back and have not got to walk on my treadmill yet, still got a couple of week before I can start again. I was lucky I guess because I have not gained any of my weight back so far. I do take 1 TBS of Extra Light olive oil 2 times a day..and it curbs my eating. I was doing 40 min of treadmill 3 times a week. I am wanting to get off 15 more when I can start back up again.
