Just joined today. Started diet first of year and have gone from 224 to 214. Think I'm about to hit a plateau though. Those are the toughest things for me, but I'm really trying to make this a lifestyle change. Going on vacation in April.
Have made it to day 57 on my lifestyle change (don't want to call it a diet). Weighed in at 209 this morning (down 15lbs since New Year's). Gave up diet Pepsi for lent after reading a lot about how it increases your appetite. This actually seemed to help me break through a plateau.
