thnx for the response Steve. So i guess as long as i stick to my daily calorie intake...after calculating my BMR...at whichever point i decide to stop excercising, it is possible for me to maintain that weight with the right diet. happy to hear that
i would like to pose another question for anyone out there, I'm not sure if i should be making a new thread or not but I'll just post it here.
I mainly do cardio stuff, namely jogging on the treadmill everyday for 1 hour. I've read up on some sites that as you lose weight you have to add more intesity to your cardio to see steady losses. Would this apply to me? The thing is i did'nt slowly ween into the speed I'm at, I just started out at a fast pace. Will i see steady losses or will I be required to up the intensity to a sprint (which i don't particularly want to do

). Also is it possible to decrease the speed im at now to a brisk walk and still lose the same amount of weight if i do it for 2 hours?
I know these are newbyish questions lol
thnx for putting up with 'em.
