Hello everyone,
I'm a newcomer to weight-loss forum, inspired by my new engagment I'm hoping to reach my goal weight by the end of the year. The wedding is August 2008  wish me luck! |

Just a note...I too tried to lose weight for my wedding (oh, a gazillion years ago)...
I lost some, not as much as I would have liked, and continued to 'grow' after the wedding.
Remember, if you're serious about getting the weight off, AND keeping the weight off, it's about more then just the number on the scale come wedding day.
It's about changing those things in your life that caused you to gain weight in the first place.
Take small steps, but drink a bit more water, eat smaller portions, choose not to hit the fast food places, etc.
Make choices you can live with forever and weight won't be an issue ever again
