This may sound stupid but the Katrina experience caused me to eat through my troubles and I finally realized it last night when my belly went over my waist 
Anyway, I am starting today and found the forum.

good thing I also can lose at a nice speed to.You can do it and

Stick with it.. dieting is a slow process, and saddly it goes on much faster than it comes off. |
