well ive finally decided to get my ass in gear and lose weight im 23 yrs old and i weigh 19 stone 5 (about 270lb) i need to lose 9 to 10 stone and am looking for diet buddys to keep me motivated sssssssssooooooo if you wanna chat to me heres my email georgie westbury @ fsmail.net . let me know if you have any good detox tips or quick start diets as i want an initial big weight loss to kick start my diet well thats enough from me for now oh yeah while im here lol does anyone know how to get those weight and bmi counters that ive seen on bottom of other ppls threads?   |

the best places to begin your weight loss journey is to sign up for a site like FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal which gives you a place to record your calories for the day - unless you know what you are currently eating, it's tough to make a correction to it.

Trying to stay between 1,300 and 1,600 calories each day seemed to keep me sastified (after I got used to it) and I can get my nutrition! I track everything in fitday.com and have had a lot of success with that good luck!! |
