My first post.

Hello all,

I just registered and I am excited to get involved in the forum. I am 5'6" and weigh 145 pounds. I've lost about 30 pounds this past year, but would like to loose 20 more. I look forward to the encouragement given to all and hope I can be an asset to this forum.
