Ok, my first post. I just weighed myself and decided I need to get back on a diet. So today is my first day on.
I'm 22 male and a student. I weight 284.6 Lbs and my target weight is about 190. I've lost weight before and know it won't come off easily. I'm joining this forum to hold myself accountable and for weight loss tips. |
