my gf is tryin to get me to get fit. i've had two heart surgeries and she does not want to sit through a 3rd one. i'm 22 and i'm tryin to turn it all around. hope everybody is doin good today. holla.  |

Wow, 2 heart surgeries at such a young age. Any "professional" around here is not going to offer you advice. Just too risky. You are certainly categorized as extremely high risk. I would speak to your doc.
Feel free to read around though, and see what you can pick up. Just understand, most recommendations you see, especially those coming out of my mouth, are assuming good health. |

Crap about the ops man. Thats gotta suck big time. Good idea to get fit though 
Considering how often we hear 'nigga' on the streets and tv and in songs i cant say that i really find it offencesive. Seems a bit too politically correct going spaz over it . |
