Starting Again

Well, it is 1am on Friday night, and once again I am feeling sorry for myself for allowing myself to get to this point.
I have always felt like the "big" girl. In highschool I was bigger than the other girls, but I was at a healthy weight, very athletic. I thought I was "fat" then. In college I met my now husband and we spent our time together by eating. I gained a lot, but lost it before we got married. I felt amazing and so proud of myself. After getting married, I started to eat again and dragged my husband down with me. After several failed attempts with Weight Watchers, I am here. Just looking for some support, so people who understand and are all here for the same reason. I'm looking for some motivation to jump start me.
So things about my nutrition and exercise?
I really do love to eat healthy foods. However, I also love to sooth, overeat and do it over and over and over again.
I also LOVE the gym. I know, it is really weird, but I was raised at the gym. The only problem now is going, getting past the idea that I have to be on a "diet" and a program, but just go.
I need to get over being embarrassed. I am a student of fashion, and I can't wear the clothes I design.
So now that I have just complained to no end, I have decided to make changes in my life which is why I am here. So if anyone wants to be my weightloss friend, let me know. I promise I won't be the complainer of the group!
Thanks for reading, and making it through this rant.

Welcome

Hi,

I'd like just to say congratulations for your new "start again" program. Think if you have done it before, you are very likely to succeed again easily

Perhaps if your husband is overweight also he might join your journey!!!
