is it just the administrators allowed to have an avatar? cuz i tried to uncheck the box on no avatr selected and it wont let me.

I just don't get how to get an avatar. I do the whole copy & paste ( which I am no stranger to) and all I get is a message saying invalid url. what's the deal???? I want one and its making crazy that I can't figure it out!!!

i am the sameway i cant even get my ticker factory line to come up on my site. i know how to copy and paste but it just comes up with the link and not the picture. any advice on how to fix it would be great
