lunch: mini-cheese pizza - 400 calories
dinner: brown rice pasta with marinara sauce and a sprinkle of parm, spinach herb lettuce and cucumber salad with vinegarette - 300 calories |

Snack:
16 Wheat Thin crackers = 150 Cal
1/2 cup of 2% cottage cheese = 100 cal
Dinner:
Koscher Hot Dog on a whole grain bun = 230 cal
Dessert:
Chocolate dipped banana = 150 cal |

One can wild alaskan salmon (630Kcal),Two cups whole wheat pasta (420Kcal),One cup yellow corn (100kcal), and one cup broccoli (35Kcal).

Chicken sausage w/ chunks of red pepper, yellow pepper, zuccini, eggplant and tomato all roasted. |

Rep Power: 10 | | | im working shifts so my meals are all upside down. yesterday i had a biiig bowl of oatmeal with skim milk for lunch as i got up late:for dinner a chicken curry, salad and a multigrain bagel. lunch today i had a bowl of lentil and tomato soup with w/grain bread. dinner was chicken breast in a tomato and basil sauce, w/grain rice, peas and sweetcorn. now i want something sweet, got some little frozen ice cream things in the freezer... goes off to get one.... |

I've got bunches of recipes posted in the recipes section but really I just kind of throw togther stuff with whatever suits my fancy - it just better have flavor and not be boring |

2 cups eggplant - diced, 2 cups zucchini - diced, 1 cup mushrooms - diced, 1 cup jarred spicey tomato spaghetti sauce, on 3 ounces of high fiber penne pasta w/ 2 tbs fresh parmesan cheese... ooooh yummy... |
