Breakfast: Porridge with skim milk
Lunch: Tuna and sweetcorn sandwich on brown malted bread
I also had a packet of Walkers cheese and onion baked potato crisps.
ive not had dinner yet cos its only 2pm uk time. for dinner last night i had wholemeal pasta, mixed peppers, mushrooms, sweetcorn and tuna.mixed with a couple spoonfuls of dolmio type tomato sauce. followed by pineapple and a weight watchers frozen dessert.for lunch today im feeling poorly and couldnt be bothered so had multi grain crispbreads with hummous and a berry yogurt. slim.

Well, I'm not cutting calories any more, but today, I was walking around the City of Norwich. I had a very nice little prawn, salad and pasta bowl, fresh local strawberries, water, and a little later, a stuffed mushroom burger.

For dinner Ill be having Grilled Rosemary Salmon and asparagus. After dinner Ill probably have a Greek burger and brocolli or grilled peppers and tomatoes.

Ya I dont dig sweets too much. At least I make sure to keep them out of the house Leigh P and Steve provided a great brownie recipe on another forum that I usually eat before bed. Ill share it.

Dinner
I went to a brazilian pavilion at a local festival and have something that had beef, sausages, something else on a bed of rice. The portion was pretty small, my guess 5-600 Cal
I had 2 protein shakes (300cal) And a fruit (50Cal)
I think I need to eat a tad bit more.

breakfast: choc. slimfast
lunch: 6" tuna & veggie sand. from subway with skinny stripe of mayo with small bag of baked chips (i'm rethinking the whole subway thing. could prob. make sand. at home and save more calories) and unsweetened tea
dinner: small fat free tortilla with 3 slices thin deli chicken, less than 1/4 cup of shred. cheese, onion. 1 nonfat yogurt cup. unsweetened tea. water too.
b/t lunch and dinner had a slimfast optima bar-120 calories
this seems like alot when i write it down like this. i started my weight loss journey 3 weeks ago. i have broken my old McDonalds habit for lunch-sworn it off-as well as many other bad eating habits i had. i have lost 5#.
