First of all, would like to say hi. I’m new here. Couple of questions, which of the two makes you fat too much PROTEIN or too much CARBOHYDRATE. I understand balanced diet and how you need both. I also know that carbohydrate gives you energy and protein helps you build and repair muscles.
There are high protein/low carb diets out there but I read that too much protein makes you fat. How does it work?
They say it’s better to exercise in the morning because of the depleted glycogen something like that and you actually burn more fat by doing that.
My next question is, if we don’t eat enough carbohydrate your body will start taking energy from your muscles and you don’t want that.
I want to know if I should eat more protein or more carbohydrates.
