Hi all,
I am into
bodybuilding and have been weightlifting, doing cardiovascular and other
exercises since four years. I am 26 year old and take four meals of food daily. I am thinking of taking protein
supplements for muscle growth.
Bodybuilding is my passion and now my
body is prepared to take food
supplements before and after workouts. The point is I don’t want to waste my hard earned money by buying local products. I would prefer standardized products with good quality nutrients. It would be great if the products are well known and my protein supplement order could remain confidential.
Any tips or suggestions would be highly appreciated.
