Rep Power: 277 | | | V8 fusion light So i bought some of this in the strawberry banana flavour and WOW its delicious.
I normally stay away from fruit juices cause of the sugar content, however this one caught my eye.It conatins the following fruits and vegetables :sweet potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, beets, white grapes, oranges, apples, strawberries, bananas. Weird combination i thought, but it tastes so good. http://www.campbellwellness.com/prod...0674&catID=499
This is a link to the nutritional content.
Is this juice okay to drink as a breakfast juice. Maybe i got sucked into the whole "10 fruits and veggies" advertising boast, but it tastes delicious and i dont think it seems too bad and its not loaded with sugar. a big plus i think!

Rep Power: 218 | | | Thank you for posting, I was trying for the past few weeks to convince myself, that i love the vegtable type one. Man does the vegtable cocktail have such an appealing tast. I'm thinking, "You love it" while drinking it. (-_-) I need my vegtables but it doesn't tast wonderful. Ug. However, the fruit ones are very addictive. |

I LOVE the fusion lights, very nice. But in moderation, cause they do taste very sweet.

Rep Power: 357932 | | | it doesn't have the fiber of real fruit so it's not really a great substitute for fruit and vegetables, and it does have calories, but if you enjoy drinking it -knock yourself out - don't kid yourself into thinking that you're getting 10 fruits and vegetables though..

Rep Power: 6722 | | | Do not let it replace real fruits/veggies in your diet. It is not a substitue for them. |

Rep Power: 357932 | | | what are in the ingredients - does it list High fructose corn syrup as an ingredient? or a ton of chemicals that you can't pronounce?
If you enjoy it - have it in moderation -- don't worry so much if it's better than something else or not... have what you enjoy...
water is always better but a glass of juice won't kill you

Rep Power: 277 | | Well im still drinking at least 100fl oz of water a day, i was thinking of drinking the juice maybe 3 days of the week , with a piece of fruit for breakfast
Theres no high fructose corn syrup in it Here are the ingredients :
reconstituted vegetable juice blend (water and concentrated juices of sweet potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, beets), reconstituted fruit juice blend( water and concentrated juices of apples, oranges, strawberries and clarified bananas. contains less than 2% of the following, natural flavoring, ascorbic acid (to help retain colour), citric acid, banana puree, sucralose, vitamin E ( alpha tocopheryl acetate).
