Rep Power: 558881 | | | What makes you think you calories are two low?
You're saying you've been at it for two weeks.... which isn't long enough to decide plan efficacy at all.... but you're also saying you lost 2 lbs per week.
What's wrong with that? |

Rep Power: 0 | | | well it may be more like a month since I have been trying to lose weight, but two weeks since I feel my calories dipped too low. well here is a typical day:
odwalla smoothie drink - 280 cals
class
30 minute eliptical, weights, core
class
cliff bar -240
class
60 minute run with xc team
emergen-c packet with water and an orange or piece of fruit
protein shake- two scoops with banana, water, ice and blueberries - approx 350?
3 corn cakes with tofurky - approx 100
some grapes
I am 5'6 and weigh 122 but I want to get down to like 118-116 where I was last year before I put on weight.. If you dont think my cals are too low I wont freight but I just really dont want to have to add more in and gain aton of weight. thanks for the help! |

Rep Power: 357932 | | | your food is entirely too processed... and you're what taking in about 1200 calories a day?
Your weight is already at the very low end of healthy - why do you think you need to lose a few more pounds?
