Serving size question
Hi - just wondering regarding the serving size for oatmeal. Most calorie counting websites will say 1 cup is equal to xxx
calories . Does this mean one cup dry oats or one cup cooked oats?

read the label on the package -most will tell you the calorie count is cooked vs uncooked...

A cup of cooked oatmeal has about 145
calories . A cup of raw oats has about 311
calories .
