Hey,
First of - I hope this is the right place to post this in. I started drinking
green tea because it relaxes me. Then I find out it helps burn
fat. How does it work and how much of it should I consume.
I use the "
tea bags" (so not bulk) and I normally dun add anything to it (example: sugar/milk/cream etc). I usually drink 2-3 cups a day - is this good?
In addition, I noticed that
green tea helps my bowels move. Normally I either get 1 bowel movement or none a day. When I drink
green tea and bike at the same time I get 3+ bowel movements a day. Is this normal?
Any advice is appreciated.
