Omega 3 ? Flax Seed Oil?

Hey Everyone!

I heard that omega 3 fatty acids and flax seed oil are beneficial to weight loss anyone heard anything? and if so how much do u need to take and could u use a supplement instead or is it not as good?

also heard omega 3 is good for your mood..

anyone? anyone?? buellllerrr?

I will check them out.. I realize there is no magic pills or anything like that lol.. if there is , we all woudlnt be here we would be out in our skinny jeans cutting the rug.. er well ok just out having some pints lol

Do omega 3 fats obtained from fish and fish oil products assist in weight loss? They reduce bad cholesterol levels in the body so they must be good for quick weight loss as well.

There have been several studies out there that when part of a HEALTHY diet, they can help in the reduction of bodyfat and body composition. Their main benefits are for heart health and a natural anti-inflamatory and joint lubricant. I know personally my joints have never felt better since taking them. They are NOT a diet pill though.
