Rep Power: 0 | | | eating too little? but dont feel hungry Today I ate a bowl of oatmeal made with non fat milk. Had a cup of chai tea to go with it. then at work i had a few pieces of fruit and cranberry juice. for lunch i had brown rice with salsa and corn, topped with chicken. then for a snack i had apple sauce and a bagel.
i still have to have dinner, probably after i workout.
i felt a little hungry between snacks but right after i am fine. I am aiming to eat around 1400-1500 calories a day but its so hard to keep track.
if i am not starving feeling, then should i be alright? or can you tell if you are eating enough just by that? |

Rep Power: 0 | | | I use fitday to keep track of what I eat, fitday have a really simple interface and easy to use.
I only eat around 500 calories when I was really heavy and now I'm aiming above 1000 calories and 500 calories cycling them depending on how intense my workout is.
Do try fitday, it is a good way to keep track of your weight loss and eating. |
