gone from binge eating junk food to binge eating HEALTHY food!?

im going great, im pretty much saying no to all junk food my mates offer me (lucky people who have mega fast motablism and burn them off), right now we have my favorite donuts in the fridge that my dad bought and i haven't touched one! Hoora.
But im now binging on non junk food, like bananas, apples, jam or peanut butter wholegrain bread, low fat cheese, sultanas. Now i feel guilty. Im now running for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week that im managing to fit into my busy schedule. But why am i binge eating on healthy food? Any tips.

Thankyou!

I just saw one of your other posts where you were talking about how you think your calorie intake is too low...maybe this could be a sign that your body is telling you that you need more calories. That might be why you feel such a strong urge to eat eat eat. Hopefully once you get that sorted you won't feel so hungry. And if you still feel like you're munching too much, try drinking tea or chewing gum to keep your mouth busy, that's what works for me at least.

Bravissimo is on a distinguished road
Most of those non-junk food things aren't really that low on calories...
