Hello..I have been looking at these threads for about 6 months now so i'm gonna finally post. I'm a 43 yr old mom from NJ. My kids are now 18 and 21. Everyone on here is such an inspiration! Keep it up everyone...Great work!!!I'm looking to get my body leaner...i want to see some more definition. My stats are this..5"1 and 100lbs and I am VERY small boned. People hear 100lbs and they are like "Oh my god, gain some weight". But I am def not as tone as I would like. I work out 3-4 times a week..cardio and strength training. I also have a squeaky clean diet (NO processed foods or junk).
