Hi, Why is brown rice better for you. I mean calaries are pretty much the same. Carbohydrate's are the same. Is it just for Nutritional value such as Vitamins and stuff.
Brown rice has the bran intake. That's where a lot of the nutrients are (folacin, potassium, selenium, magnesium, etc). Brown rice also has more fiber.
