hi,
i purchased a kenwood smoothie maker last week and i have been drinking quite a few diffrent types however if i use fruit which is classed as having "negative calories"n my smoothies .. does the fruit still contain no calories because im not actually chewing it and digesting it as a solid ?
ie-
apples
cranberries
grapefruit
lemons
mangos
oranges
pineapple
raspberries
strawberries
tangerines
there's a threadon negative calories around here - id suggest searching and finding it and reading it (who knows youmight burn a few calories doing so)
negative calories doesn't really mean that you canhave those fruits in unlimiited quantities. the calories still need to count in your day
