Tricks for supressing appetite or just keeping cravings at bay....

as i've stated before, i have a REALLY hard time with cravings and for the last couple days i've been trying a couple things that seem to work very well....

For suppressing appetite: i drink a cup or 2 of coffee or tea, i drink a ton of water.....

Keeping cravings at bay: i keep altoids with me at all times, and i pop one in and i no longer crave.....when i feel like i want to eat something in the house that will sabotage my weight loss or health, i brush my tongue and teeth....all of these have worked very well so far......

Also i've noticed if i keep myself Extremely busy then i have no time to eat out of boredom and i get a little exercise!

I've been drinking water a lot lately and that definitely helps.

Or I watch a gross show on TLC
