I bumped into these in another forum , did not see it in this one ... But I think its just great. I watched these twice just to get my basics clear.
Many of you might already know this , but many are ignorant.
what are the basics that aren't covered in the current stickied threads?
I've listened to about 2 minutes into the first one -and there's nothing he's said thats not already been covered...
Yes It has been covered in the sticky threads
( like the Nutrition 101 by you ) , But I just found it easier to sit back and listen all in one video than read many stickies.
I have read all the stickies here , I just found this more convenient.
He also talks about body types later , I did not find it any stickies here....I could be wrong.
