Anyone eating Ezekiel Bread?
Just curious. The guys on another
fitness forum are all go-goo-gah-gah over it but they are all mostly competitive athletes or just plain crazy. Any of you ever try it?

I don't personally like it -it's too 'sprouty' for me...
and expensive as well... and well - a little too religious for me
