Rep Power: 0 | | | I've just started my quest to get in shape, but when I get the munchies I'll drink a full 16 oz bottled water at once. Usually it leaves me feeling so bloated and almost sick to my stomach that I don't want to eat. The sick feeling goes away after a few minutes but I feel full for a while.
disclaimer: I never drink more water in a day than I should. I struggle to even drink as much as I should. |

I drink a glass of warm water and squeeze in 1/4 of a lemon's juice. Does the trick for me, and I believe I read that it also helps to release digestive enzymes
I drink one glass in the morning before breakfast, and another one before I go to bed. |

Rep Power: 0 | | For me when I want to have some actual food I like to go with a handful of nuts. For me it's normally between lunch and dinner that I really feel tapped and need a bit extra to get by and they seem to do the job well. In addition they are not hard to find even if your at places where there are only snack machines. Most offer packages of peanuts. And while I prefer something like almonds peanuts do in a pinch. And of course finally they add in some fiber to my daily intake.
When it's not food that I want I mostly go with water. With lemon sometimes but I try to KISS my diet so I don't get too hung up on a lemon wedge. |

Any suggestions welcome :-) xx | Jess, I like chocolate tea. You can buy this either online (like at Amazon) or at Trader Joe's. It's calorie-free. A little non- fat milk and Stevia can be mixed in for added richness. hth |

Rep Power: 0 | | | green tea for me I've become a green tea lover. I know its not the answer for everyone, but if you find a brand you like, it can become addictive! and you hear all the time of its many health benefits.
I like STASH premium green decaf tea.

Apple cider vinegar is great for weight loss and suppressing the appetite. |
