hey blondissima... i too have been facing a lot of shi*t in some threads where i dared to mention my
goal weight which was slightly lower than people's perception of normal. but i do know what you mean, just like i know that my
goal weight is where i was happiest some years back. a number is seriously just a number, and only your
body knows what the best number for you is.
however, to get to the point, to lose 2lbs a week its best to cut 500
calories and burn another 500. since BMR only gives you a rough idea, its best to ACTUALLY track how many
calories you eat in a week to find out how many you need to eat to lose weight. ive never been able to do this, because i just get too impatient, but people swear bu this method.
