good question. i was wondering the same thing. sometimes i just have no energy whatsoever. i was going to ask my doctor, but i haven't been there lately...
This is just me talking here.......so take it for what it is worth.
I while back I was feeling pretty run down and had read that B12 was good for helping with the dragged down feeling.
So I got some and have been taking it everyday now for a couple of months.
Again only my opinion not a doctors but I felt/feel much, much better.
I do think I can say with certainty that the B12 helps cuz' recently I forgot to take it for like 4-5 days (vacation~forgot to pack it) and felt more tired than I had in a while. Once I was home and back to the B-12 I felt like I was back to myself again.

Ohhh thank you Bella!!! My friend offered me some here at work.. but I wanted some input before I started poppin pills! I have some other mulit-vitamin too that she gave me but I asked her to bring the box.. I dont trusst anything.. someone could try and slip me a rooofie hahah or a laxative.. oh dear..
I can't be dehydrated. I'm like psycho about not having a bottle of water with me at all times.
I'm definitely eating enough, I think. And some days more than enough. Ugh.
I sleep at least 8 hours a night most nights.
