I'm new to this site, but I've been around before. I'm currently 19(female) and 233lbs. My goal is 170.
Recently, the doctor gave me Phentermine to help me with my appetite, but while on it I have no desire for food at all.
The past 3 or 4 days I've taken the phen, along with my daily vitamin, skipped breakfast and lunch, and only ate dinner... coming to a total of MAYBE 500 calories a day. I drink at least 2 Liters of water a day. In the past 4 days, I've lost 4lbs.
I haven't had much time to exercise this week because of finals coming up, but next week i plan to go back to 4-5 days of exercising.
What is going to happen to me when I'm only taking it at the most 600 calories a day? Is this bad? And is it worse that it's only between the hours of 6-7pm? and when I start exercising, I'm going to be really tired, right?
obviously I'm losing weight, but I don't want to die during the process. you know?
