Hi monizuki,
Have you tried only running every second day and on the off days doing a lighter form of exercise like
yoga or
pilates? I know when I run every single day my
body gets tired very quickly. I find it better to do less days of running but make those days longer or more intense. Then I can let my
body rest on the off days and when I come back to running the next day I have so much more
energy and can do even better.
Hope that makes sense!
I would imagine your calorie intake is fine, though perhaps you'd like to post what sort of foods you would eat on a typical day to make up those
calories? I notice my
energy levels vary dramatically depending on what types of foods I have eaten.
