Hi,
I started off at 328
pounds and am currently 9 weeks later sitting at 281
pounds (47
pound loss)
I normally have 3 meals a day (
breakfast, lunch, dinner) with a snack between
breakfast and lunch , and a snack between lunch and dinner)
I have noticed that if i eat a
breakfast in the morning, i am hungry most of the day (even after meals). If i dont have a
breakfast then i tend not to think about food as much and therefore not as hungry. Weird i know but i have heard that we should all eat a
breakfast.
Is this to stop blood sugars dipping (which dont seem to affect me) or is it because my metabolism would be slow all day?
Is it a bad idea to skip
breakfast in my situation? As if i skip a
breakfast i can eat a bit more of what i really want for the other 2 meals as my
calories arent been divided over 3 meals but 2 and eating my snacks between them meals will keep my metabolism going.
