Intuitive eating!

Most important thing I'v learned - when my body says to eat..EAT..when my body says STOP, stop! Seems very simple right? But it acually took 22 years to get this under control.
Intuitive eating is so important and allows me to really understand my body..and what it needs..I know my body feels better when I eat good fats, carbs and protein at each meal...and allow myself a little dessert every week

what about you?

Im still working on this. If I eat heavy on veggies and fruits I come in under on calories... and I like to keep myself close to the line since I am already running a very large calorie deficit. At the same time when I eat unhealthy foods I wind up in werewolf mode after already hitting my calorie ceiling

bit more complex than this. the types of food you eat can also have a dramatic impact. simple carbs go through you relatively quickly, spike insulin, don't produce leptin, leaving you feeling hungry sooner than if you were to eat an equal number of complex carbs for example. Your body also needs all 3 macro nutrients to some degree, so even when you're full, your diet could very well be lacking if you're not eating the proper types of fats, proteins, etc.

But yes, eat when feeling hungry, with good healthy nutritious foods, is a good way to go about it.
