Lightbulb Really? Yogurt?

I was told the other day by a nurse at the nursing home (I cook at the nursing home) that it'll help me lose weight if I eat fat free yogurt 3 times a day.

I came home and did a little google search, and i found this on web md.

Yogurt May Help Burn Fat, Promote Weight Loss

So sounds good to me I love yogurt and if till help me lose my belly I’m more then happy to add it to my diet and exercise routine.

What do you guys think? Similar experiences or not at all?

Yogurt is an awesome weight loss food. Not because it has any mystical properties but because it is inherently a really good food.

Low fat yogurt is low in saturate fat, high in protein, high in calcium, and high in a multitude of vitamins. It can be eaten in a variety of ways - sweetened, plain, as part of a recipe or smoothie or shake, as part of a savory dish. Plain yogurt can be used in salad dressings, as a sour cream substitute, or as a topping for meats.

It's pretty much, as I said, the perfect weight loss food.
