weight loss food. Not because it has any mystical properties but because it is inherently a really good food.

fat yogurt is low in saturate
fat, high in protein, high in calcium, and high in a multitude of vitamins. It can be eaten in a variety of ways - sweetened, plain, as part of a
recipe or smoothie or shake, as part of a savory dish. Plain yogurt can be used in salad dressings, as a sour cream substitute, or as a topping for meats.
It's pretty much, as I said, the perfect
weight loss food.
