Please Critique my diet plan

Here is my current diet plan. Please offer any advice.

BREAKFAST
EGG WHITES 3 48
CHEESE 1/8 CUP 50
BACON BITS 1 TBSP 30
REG OATMEAL 1 100
FL. OATMEAL 1 130
TOTAL: 358

SNACK 1
ST. CHEESE 1 60
BANANA 1 90
BROCOLLI 1 CUP 30
TOTAL: 180

SNACK 2
COTTAGE CHEESE 1 CUP 180
ALMONDS 1/8 CUP 100
APPLE 1 70
TOTAL: 350

LUNCH
CHICKEN 1 190
WH. GRAIN BREAD 1 80
BROCOLLI 1 CUP 30
TOTAL: 300

SNACK 3
YOGURT 1 CUP 120
BLUEBERRIES 1 CUP 30
BANANA 1 90
ST. CHEESE 1 60
TOTAL: 300

DINNER
FISH 1 120
WH. GRAIN BREAD 1 80
EGG WHITES 3 48
TOTAL: 248
TOTAL DAILY: 1736

I gotta say that looks pretty darned good ... a nice balance of protein, carb, healthy fats, etc. The only thing I'd suggest is trying to get more veggies in there. I see broccoli 2x a day, but maybe having a salad with dinner (spinach or other dark greens, cucumber, celery, carrot, etc.) or swapping out one of the bananas during the day for some carrot sticks ... that kind of thing.

Other than that, not bad at all.

i would second what kara said, looks very good, i wish half of my clients had diet records like that!! only thing i would suggest otherwise is a lack of omega 3 fats, if you dont like fish get a good supplement (not cod liver oil) and have 4-6 tablets a day. other wise looks brilliant
