I read a number of ads in newspaper in which they are telling about tea which has a weight loss effect.
is that true????

green tea has a lot of reasearch on healping weight loss. if you are abusing tea and coffee too much then it can contribute to weight GAIN by stressing the adrenals and thyroid gland of the body which regulate many physiological processes.
