That's a LONG way away from burning 100
calories per bottle. Note my bolding as well - key words in the summary.
The key ingredients in the drink are caffeine, guarana, and green tea - in other words, it's caffeine, caffeine, and caffeine.
Studies have shown that you can get the same
energy boost and thermogenic effect by drinking a cup of coffee prior to working out.
Bottom line is that looking at the ingredients, it probably won't do you any harm and if you think it's doing you good, there might be some psychological benefit to it - but as a magic calorie burning drink ... nah.
