Vegetable/Fruit Supplement

Hi, I was wondering if there is any such thing as a vegetable/fruit supplement. Either a drink or a pill. I HATE salad and there are very few fruits and vegetables that I can stand to eat. I thought about making smoothies or something like that, but I was just curious if there is a pill that is available.

Thanks!

Nope. There are too many benefits from eating whole fruit/veg that you simply can't distill to a pill.

There are too many fruit/veg and too many differnet ways for them to be prepared for me to believe that anyone can't find something they like and can eat.

Worst case you could check out Greens+

But I'm with Kara... I don't think you can mimic the every morsel of what's found in whole foods. There's aspects we aren't fully aware of yet.

What about something like a V8 drink occasionally?

Try roasting your vegetables. It seems to make them much tastier. The salt & olive oil probably help.

Smoothies with frozen fruit are pretty easy.

Do you have any veggies you can tolerate? You could start with them, and work from there. I don't really know of any 'vegetables in a pill'. Like Kara said, there's just too much going on with fruit & veggies to put in pill form and expect it to be the same.

yes the food is the best thing like kara and steve have mentioned, but products like super greens have got a huge health following in the underground health world, especially with athletes to get as much high quality nutrition on board as possible. i would go down that route, i think its very similar to greens+ that steve mentioned
