Your Metabolic Type Is Very Important

I have seen a great deal of advice given out about what foods are good/bad yet no one has identified which metabolic type it is suitable for. The indigenous people of the frozen tundra and ice shelves of this planet must eat exclusively animal protein and high purine protein because no vegetables grow there. Yet these noble and dignified people do not suffer chronic obesity or ill health because of it. This statement alone should tell you that your ideal diet should be as unique as you are. What food should you eat? I can't tell you, however you can arm yourself with the wisdom you need to answer that question by (link removed) and discover who you truly are, not what someone else tells you to be.

lol I don't think metabolic type was my problem. More like Coke and pizza and never exercising...

No, see, you just weren't part of the metabolic type where Coke and pizza are the primary forms of subsistence, that's all. Give it a few thousand years or so, and you'll be set!

A lot of us fell into the "never exercising" category so you could be on to something there.

Pizza - I can identify with - not Coke though - I was saintly and had diet Coke....

It is therefore the related category of pizza, Indian take-away, sweets and dessert for me - together with the "never exercising" of course...

Yeah I think my metabolic type was "chips and the sofa".

Well, I can truthfully say that my "metabolic type" does better with more protein and more veggies instead of other stuff!

Of course, I didn't actually get any kind of scientific test to learn this. I just... tried eating more protein and veggies in place of other foods... Also, my metabolic type responded to caloric monitoring and logging my food in fitday while tracking my macros.

I don't know what this metabolic type is called, but I still managed to lose 70 lbs So I can only hope I didn't do it with foods that were the wrong type for me.
