Question Cereals

Does anyone has information or link to information about healthy breakfast cereals - i.e. low in sugar and salt from the brands we have here in the UK. Aparantly most of them are full with bad stuff. Some sort of "top healthy cereals" chart would be very helpful.

For me, I just made it a point to look at the ingredients list on the boxes. Even cereals that some people say are healthy often aren't.

I am not familiar with all of the brands in the UK,but I believe Weetbix are about the best out there as far as not having sugar and additives. I'm sure other UKers can jump in with more advice.
