Just wanted to ask who finds that green tea helps keep weight off. Obviously not on it's own. But it seems to help???? | I think Green Tea has been hyped as part of some fad diet. I drink green tea, but I don't do it for weight-loss purposes. I drink tea instead of what I used to drink: Coca-Cola. |

It's not really a debating thread. Just thought people could share their thoughts kindly about the benefits. | hello everyone,
Yes indeed, green tea does have good benefits----thermogenesis or fat burning, loaded with antioxidants-----toxin fighting agents. Check out this information: green tea and try--- thermogenesis
The New Chapter one is great in boiling water then add some ginger. It contains over 400 constituents so the caffeine is only a small part of the whole. Enjoy! |

It's not really a debating thread. Just thought people could share their thoughts kindly about the benefits. | Diet and exercise are critical to taking off excess weight and keeping it off for good, but from what I have read, it does appear that green tea can be an effective tool in fighting the battle of the bulge. |
