Rep Power: 0 | | | If I recall green tea has antioxidants(fights blood clots) in it, and destroys bad bacteria, which aids in the prevention of tooth decay. It also has less caffiene than coffee.
I dont drink enough of it, and should for sure. It doesnt taste bad at all! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Green tea DOES help. I love Mega T Green tea supplements. They help with my energy and really help with weight loss. Mega also makes Mega G grapefruit supplements, but I didn't like it as much as the Green Tea. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Funny, the green tea I drink (forget the brand/mfg right now) is green, lol.
That said, a few friends of mine on another board have had great success with it (in losing weight). A few of them drink three 8 oz glasses per day. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | hehehe... I drink green tea alot, because I love the way it smells tastes, and how healthy it is... usually it is more of a very pale yellowish brownish green color... it is green tea b/c it is not really dark like normal dark teas - the leaves themselves are green. I think that it is a very relaxing tea to drink, and like to use it while studying, b/c it doesn't overstimulate... |

Rep Power: 0 | | | My mom got me a tea set from Teavana, a tea store where she lives, and I absolutely adore it. The tea smells so good and is mixed with a variety of herbs and flowers. My set came with a green tea, a black tea, a white tea, and an herbal tea. Each one has its own health benefits. The thing that I really like about this tea is that it comes in a cannister in whole leaf form. You take a scoop or two of the tea and put it into a little single serve tea brewer (I'm not really sure what to call it), add hot water, and then you put the brewer contraption over a mug and it strains the tea into it. I'm not sure if they have a website, but any tea lovers out there should check it out! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Honey makes a good sweetener, and it's entirely natural. Also, splenda. It's made from real sugar, but it doesn't have any calories or anything. I use it in my cereal, a lot and mom and dad use it in their coffee. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Green Tea I'm not sure if this has ever been posted before, but if so, I'm asking again. I've always known that green tea has antioxidants in it, but I've been reading about it so much on this forum that it helps with weight loss. I'd love to hear a little more info on this. Also, if anyone uses green tea regularly, how much do you incorporate into your diet? | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
