i'm just wondering.. if i've been following a healthy diet all along but ve been overeating for four or five days recently, how long would it take for me to see the increase in weight on the scale?
no answer to that as it all depends on your body and how well it's been trained to stay at it's current weight. For me, since i've been at a certain weight for 5 yrs, it takes about 2 wks for me to gain or lose weight.
