Peanuts update

Hey guys, it's been a very long time [sorry], have been extremely busy and it's not getting any better. Just got this piece of news and wanted to share it with everyone since the last time I reported on this, the article I had linked to suggested that you consume 1-2 ozs of peanuts 5 days or more per week to get the heart attack risk to decrease by 25-50%, now this article says

"Saving your own life doesn't get much easier than this: Eat a handful of peanuts twice a week."
