Rep Power: 0 | | | Restaurants and Calories I am calorie counter; therefore, I am always worried when eating out. If you go to subway's website, you can get a nutritional guide pertaining to all of their products. You will see a list of calories, fat, vitamins, sodium, etc.
Just thought you'd like to know.

| Me too! Granted, it seems sodium is HIGH everywhere so I do my best to plan ahead and not need to 'stop' in for a quickie meal.
My family doesn't go out to eat very often, maybe once a month or every other month, so I have to let myself know that as a calorie counter, I sometimes will have 'holes' in the numbers, and that's ok...it's about learning to make better choices overall and reducing my portions on the nights where I don't know what the exact numbers are. |

I got really confused at the Subway site when trying to figure out the nutrition. |
