Rep Power: 0 | | Not for weight loss but I tried one once just to help me stay up because I had so much work to get done. Tried the Red Bull...OMG it was so nasty. I took one sip and spit it out...then threw it in the garbage. I have a friend that likes them though, drinks them all the time...he likes the one made my Mt Dew. Personally, I'm DONE with them! |

Rep Power: 12 | | I like to drink Monster drinks sometimes, but I don’t think it does anything for me in the weight loss department. But I like the fruity taste of the green one |

Rep Power: 0 | | My impression is that protein drinks and the like are far more effective for weightloss/muscle gain than things like Red Bull. Red Bull, however, is excelllent for getting you hyper drunk when mixed liberally with vodka. Warning: It does have a nasty tendency to leave you at a diner ordering onion rings at 6:30 am in the West Village watching the sunrise saying repeatedly "guys, is that really the sun? Oh man..." Or maybe that's just me.

Rep Power: 14 | | I think you'd get more energy and less sugar from a strong coffee. Here's an interesting article about energy drinks. |

Rep Power: 15 | | These products have no place in an exercise program and DEFINITELY do not have any place whatsoever in a weight loss program. |

Rep Power: 0 | | It was my impression that these drinks are 700% sugar.
Edited to add: I actually like the taste of them but for a quick burst of energy, espresso does it for me.

Rep Power: 0 | | I've never used them to assist with weight loss, usually they're halved with vodka Usually I drink redbulll, but every great while i'll splurge and get some bawls....jesus that stuff is good. it tastes nothing like other energy drinks, its pure heaven in my mouth. and it, like redbull, comes in sugar free! yay! | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
