Quarter-pound of Roast Beef...only 120 calories?

Quarter-pound of Roast Beef...only 120 calories?

The wife brought home some lunch meat (including roast beed) the other day..I've shied away from roast beef and pork and such lately because of calories but she claimed that she had the deli-worker read off the nutritional information off the package that they shaved the beef from. Called Dan's Prize (a subsidary of Hormel?) and it was 60 calories per 2oz. Thats 120 calories per 4 oz. Hmmmmm.... That's less than the chicken breast I buy which is 146 calories per 4oz cooked weight.
Possible?
Have I found a tasty supplement/alternative to my never-ending diet of skinless chicken breast? Maybe its some sort of amalgamation of meat by-products like some of Hormel's other more famous products?

the homemade roast beast in my deli (the non processed variety) has 200 calories for 4 ounces -which is still a good number for lunch (turkey breast has 120 calories and a half a days worth of sodium... the homemade roast beast has minimal sodium...

Red meat once a week won't kill us - and it's a nice change
