depends on the ingredients -

mince = ground beef (I think) - the range of fat in that is huge... depending on what ground beef was used.

if it was from a take out place - then they tend to be very heavy handed with oil...

na the mince was just like middle quality from a coles supermarket. my old girl makes it.
